I am extremely passionate about healing and I absolutely LOVE my clients. I am so in awe of the human spirit & resilience. We suffer so much, we carry so much trauma, deep rooted wounds & yet most people would never know the heavy load we carry with us on a daily basis. So, I am in awe of anyone who decides to embark on a healing journey. In awe of anyone who says 'enough is enough - I may not be responsible for this trauma but I am going to be responsible for my healing.

I am Elaine, or Lainey - I am a mind, body & soul coach & healer.
I have a deep passion for helping my clients to understand their unconscious mind as this is the ruler of everything. Our early conditioning sets the precedent for our lives - it becomes our blueprint.
Many of us experience negative early conditioning - from neglect, abuse, abandonment, bullying, and so forth which really lays the foundations for us. Add to that the troubles and traumas we experience whilst growing up - we more often than not find ourselves with the outlook of 'why does this shit keep happening to me?'
Energy truly is everything - someone can walk into a room and light it up, another person can suck the life out of it. And of course, if you're holding onto a lot of negative conditoning, trauma and pain - naturally you will be operating from a lower frequency thus attracting more of the same. Look at your life - does it flow smoothly for you? Is it joy to be alive? Or does it feel like everything is always going wrong for you?
This can change and the change starts with you...your internal thoughts, feelings and actions are calling for change and you so deserve to make them...
You may not be responsible for your early conditioning or traumas but you do not want to fall victim to them for the rest of your life...
In the past few years I have recreated my reality, transformed my physical and mental health, stepped out of my comfort zone, stood independently, stood in my power & truth & I have totally fallen in love with life, living & breathing because I once upon a time wished to not be here. And so thankful I am here still because I am only getting started...
It is possible to overcome the most harrowing of experiences. When you become conscious of unconscious mind, anything is possible. You don't need to be spiritually inclined - all I ask is for you to have an open heart and open mind. I have heard the most heart-breaking stories from the people I work with, but I have also seen the most incredible, life changing transformations.
I work with the vastest range of clients - extremely diverse and beautiful souls. My youngest client was two months of age and my eldest client is 92 years young. My background is medically complex children, palliative care, SEN, behavioural issues, in a range of settings from schools, to children's hospices and private nannying.
I cannot wait to welcome new clients into my treatment room. Every answer you need, already resides within you, sometimes you just need a push in the right direction. I am here to facilitate your healing journey. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space, with a hug and herbal tea waiting for you x
