I am a mind, body & soul coach & healer.
I have a deep passion for helping my clients to find a sense of inner peace, clarity and balance. This passion was born from my own rollercoaster journey with my mental health. I fought hard to recover from crippling anxiety, suicidal depression, intrusive thoughts, & beyond. I followed the advice of my Doctor, tried conventional therapy, counselling but I did not improve. Desperate to get better, I opened my mind, tried lots of alternative therapies & I fell head first into the world of holistic health, the body keeps the score, unprocessed emotions, & all things healing.
I have recreated my reality, transformed my physical and mental health, stepped out of my comfort zone & learned to fall in love with life again.
We live in an incredibly imbalanced world, where most of us are operating from a state of fight/flight, deeply dysregulated & therefore operating from a lower vibrational state. My work and treatments are designed to help you to remember who you are, to guide you back home & to remember the divinity within.
There is more to this life than we can even begin to imagine. There is a higher power, which many refer to as 'The Universe'. For me it is God - The Creator, The Source, The Divine, Spirit. Whatever you refer to it as, for many there is an acknowledgment that there is more.
Energy truly is everything - someone can walk into a room and light it up, another person can suck the life out of it. And of course, if we are holding onto a lot of negative conditioning, trauma and pain - naturally we will be operating from a lower frequency thus aligning more of the same.
Look at your life - does it flow smoothly for you? Is it joy to be alive? Or does it feel like nothing goes the way you want it to? For some, it's a case of believing in the Divine but not being able to access the magic this life has to offer.

I work with vast range of clients who are diverse and beautiful souls. My youngest client was two months of age and my eldest client is 92 years young. My background is with medically complex children, palliative care, SEN, behavioural issues, in a spectrum of settings from schools, to children's hospices and private nannying.
I cannot wait to welcome new clients into the treatment room. Every answer you need, already resides within you, sometimes you just need a nudge in the right direction. I am here to facilitate your healing journey whether it is on a physical, metaphysical, mental, emotional or spiritual level.
